HazMax Floor Mounted Hoods have a molded one-piece seamless composite resin spill containment basin. The basin is 8" high and includes a raised fiberglass deck grating. An optional ramp can be supplied for roll up/in access.

Lower basin is of molded one piece seamless chemical resistant composite resin construction to safely contain accidental spillage.

Raised deck grating is of chemical resistant fiberglass material that allows spillage to flow through to basin below. Self draining to a single point drain. Engineered to meet the anticipated weight loads.

Convenient lift out grating allows access to basin for cleaning and decontamination.

Lower basin can be engineered to accommodate fork lift

Epoxy Resin (ER-WS)

Molded of thermosetting epoxy resin, these worksurfaces are 1" thick and recommended where greater chemical resistance is required. Surfaces are extremely hard, abrasive and heat resistant. Surface is flat and standard color is black. Consult factory for the option of having a raised perimeter ledge for spill containment.

Fabricated of type 304, 16 gauge stainless steel with a #4 satin finish. All corners, ends and joints are continuous heliarc welded and ground smooth. Surface is flat 1" thick and reinforced for equipment load.
